Jack Hayden
Investor Relations | Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina
Jack Hayden is a member of the Investor Relations team at Spectra Capital, where he supports the firm's capital formation efforts and oversees investor onboarding, servicing, and reporting for the firm's Limited Partners. Prior to joining Spectra, Mr. Hayden served in investor relations at 10 Federal, a real estate private equity firm, where he managed the institutional investor lifecycle for the firm's fifth fund — $61.9M raised across four closings, against a 12-property portfolio and a $205M acquisition pipeline. His work spanned due diligence questionnaire responses, subscription execution, capital calls, and closing coordination with institutional allocators, and he ran the parallel retail raise for the same fund. Mr. Hayden also produced quarterly reporting and institutional performance materials across four real estate funds, authored the firm's fund closing and capital call procedures, and supported the launch of a new retail storage-backed fund. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hayden worked at Altus Group, advising owner/operators and development firms on commercial real estate market data while completing ARGUS underwriting and asset management training. He began his career at George Mason Mortgage as a loan officer, originating conventional, construction, bridge, and government-backed residential loans. Mr. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, with a minor in Law and Public Policy. He was a two-time All-Conference selection and team captain for the College's varsity lacrosse program, and currently serves as offensive coordinator for the varsity program at Apex High School.
