Chris Brunner is the co-founder and CEO of Spectra. Prior to joining Spectra, Mr. Brunner was the founder of five (5) companies in the financial technology, internet marketing, and telecommunications industries, serving on the Board of Directors for each company. Mr. Brunner's previous roles included CEO and founder of Telo which was a data company Mr. Brunner successfully exited to a subsidiary of TransUnion (NYSE: TRU). Mr. Brunner's career has spanned two decades, covering operations, product development, sales development, marketing, management, and financial technology.

Brent James, Chief Business Officer at Spectra, is a seasoned business leader with a track record of founding, operating, and scaling ventures across financial services, technology, and real estate sectors. His expertise in organizational development has driven companies to profitability and acquisition, notably with Telo, which he co-founded and that was subsequently acquired by a TransUnion (NYSE: TRU) subsidiary. Jason Rudder brings over 20 years of experience creating startups, growing and advising early-stage companies, and streamlining enterprise product development. Jake Rheude serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Spectra Capital. With a keen understanding of the modern digital marketing landscape, Mr. Rheude has implemented and spearheaded initiatives that amplify brand visibility, strategically driving lead generation and optimizing conversion rates. Prior to joining Spectra Capital, Mr. Rheude served as the Chief Marketing Officer for EcomHalo, and VP of Marketing for Red Stag Fulfillment. In both capacities, Mr. Rheude was responsible for the holistic marketing strategy, strengthening brand development, digital marketing, and demand generation. Mr. Rheude holds both a Bachelor's Degree and a MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Said Jabbour brings extensive legal expertise in corporate transactions, and securities law to Spectra Capital. Prior to joining Spectra, Mr. Jabbour served as an attorney at Vulcan Materials Company, where he focused on complex corporate transactions, M&A, and corporate governance matters. Previously, he was an associate attorney at Balch & Bingham LLP and Adams and Reese LLP, two prestigious southeastern law firms, where he developed significant experience in corporate finance, securities law, and oil and gas transactions. Chase Corbin comes from a background in real estate asset management and development firms, primarily focused on commercial and multifamily asset classes.
